Dr. A. Dwayne Ball has been teaching and consulting in marketing for over 30 years. After receiving a PhD in mathematical psychology from the Ohio State University, he spent four years managing consumer research at Procter & Gamble, and then moved to the University of Nebraska, from which he retired in 2017 as professor emeritus. Dr. Ball developed the first courses at the University in strategic database marketing and advanced marketing analytics, which he still teaches, and has consulted with many companies small and large.
