It is definitely a worthwhile course to follow for anyone involved in the manufacturing process. It is useful to understand smart manufacturing and how it is implemented. I feel that all manufacturing professionals should at least acquaint themselves with the knowledge of smart manufacturing, even if they are not going to implement smart manufacturing strategies immediately.
